Netball Coach UK believes in the power of sport to elevate and inspire people. Our company is run by netballers, for netballers, to provide high quality and fun netball provision across London. All of our programmes are delivered by experienced and passionate netball coaches and are open to all, regardless of ability. Empowerment is at the heart of all we do, enriching well-being and happiness through the love of sport.

Emma Toft
Director
Level 2 coach; C award Umpire
Emma is the Founder and Director at Netball Coach UK. Before setting up the company, Emma worked in sports development for 10 years, starting her career at England Netball and eventually moving into sports development in London. She has extensive coaching experience including coaching at England Netball, London Pulse, London Youth Games (Wandsworth Head Coach: Gold 2021, Silver 2022, Bronze 2023), Latymer Upper School, Spencer Netball Club, Queen Mary University, and Charles de Gaulle: French Schools London. Emma has previously played netball at County level and currently plays for a netball club in the Surrey League.
Charlie
WT L2 Coaching, WTC umpire
Social Media Manager & Wimbledon B2N Coach
Charlie has played netball since secondary school and is a champion for social netball. After participating in Back to Netball for a number of years, she now runs the Wimbledon sessions and is passionate about enjoyment in sport and development of players. She is undertaking her level 2 coaching qualification and is a working towards C for umpiring. Charlie loves netball as she is super competitive and loves the endorphin rush after a hard session!
Chanay
Level 2 coach
Wandsworth Academy, Shepherd’s Bush Academy
Chanay loves netball because of the key attributes it has taught her and how it helps others to develop themselves. Chanay is passionate about coaching because she gets to aid individuals to grow and the team to become stronger together. Chanay currently works as a netball coach at Latymer Upper School and Pembridge Hall.
Alison
Level 2 coach, C award umpire
Private coaching sessions, Camps
Alison has coached adults and children for the past 5 years and currently coaches adult teams competing in the Surrey and Kingston Leagues. Alison has extensive playing experience and currently competes in the London and South East Regional league.
Hazel
Level 1 coach, C award umpire
Hazel was integral to the success of the early days of NCUK, helping to set up our Wimbledon Netball League alongside supporting launch camps. Hoping to progress to a B award in the next few years, Hazel umpires at club, university, school and social netball, and loves having rules fired at her! Hazel played for Fetcham NC, mainly as a goal attack, but also elsewhere on the court!
Polly
Level 2 Coach

Polly started her Netball journey at Oxford Brookes University where she represented the 1st team. She then went on to becoming their Head Coach. From there, Polly gained her coaching qualifications and moved to London where she had a 6-year career with England Netball in coaching and development. Polly is a fantastic people person and loves running tournaments, camps and other events for all age groups at Netball Coach UK.
Emily
Level 2 coach
Camps & Private coaching sessions
Emily is an enthusiastic and motivated coach and has 5 years coaching experience in schools across the country. She has coached across all age groups, including coaching for the under 17 Loughborough Lightning Academy. She currently coaches at a private school in London. She is also the lead coach for Wandsworth NC seniors. Emily believes that creating a fun but competitive environment is the key to enjoyment and progression!
Tiffany
WT level 2 coaching, WTC umpire

Tiffany grew up in South Africa, where she played netball from a young age. After taking a few years away from the sport, she reignited her love for netball through her local Back to netball group. From there, Tiffany became passionate about share her love for the sport, taking up various assistant coaching roles at Netball Coach UK. Tiffany is now working towards her level 2 coaching and Into Officiating award.
Emma B
Level 2 coach, B award Umpire

Emma is a passionate coach who works across multiple state, independent and prep schools in London. Having left her job in the city to pursue coaching 5 years ago, she thrives on making anyone and everyone share her love of the sport. Emma has more energy than most, and believes that people can improve their game if they enjoy training and try hard. Emma has been involved in netball since 1985, bar a year off when she was sailing around the world!
Milly
Level 2 coach
Camps
Milly started her coaching career early in her teens as an assistant coach and gained her Level 1 & 2 awards at Birmingham University where she coached at an independent school alongside her studies. She has worked in a top independent school in Guildford where she saw great success with her teams. She also taught and coached in Australia and is now the Head of Girls' Games and Director of Netball at a highly successful state school in Richmond. She continues to play for her club in the Surrey and Kingston Leagues. Milly enjoys seeing children of all abilities grow and develop their netball skills through progressive drills and match play.
Jess
Level 2 coach, WTC Umpire
Wandsworth Academy & Camps
Jess began her netball coaching journey at The University of Exeter, where she coached numerous teams. Jess is currently Director of Netball at an independent school in London and coaches at a number of netball clubs in her spare time. She also still plays herself, competing weekly in the Croydon Netball League. Jess enjoys coaching a range of abilities, as she is able to support all players to ensure they reach their individual potential.
