Declaration

By booking, I give permission for either myself or my child to attend a Netball Coach UK Netball Programme (Netball Camps, Netball Academies, Netball leagues, Netball events) and I consent to any emergency medical treatment where necessary.

Refunds & Cancellations

NCUK will issue a refund minus the 3.4% transaction fee, up to 7 days before the event is due to take place. If a participant or team withdraws 7 days or less before the event is due to take place, refunds will not be made. A refund (minus 3.4% transaction fee) or credit note will be provided in the unlikely event of the event being cancelled, for example for adverse weather or Covid-19.  This applies to Leagues, Academies, Private coaching sessions and Camps.

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Netball Coach UK will have at least one qualified first aider on site at our events.

Photography

Photographs may be taken of participants during our NCUK events to be used for promotional material.
If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they need to state this on the registration form when signing up for the event.
All photographs will be stored securely and no names will be used in this storage or when used in promotions.

Insurance & Liability

Netball Coach UK Ltd is insured with InsureForSport.
Netball Coach UK Ltd has insurance limited to Employers’ Liability and Public Liability. As an employer for a limit of £10,000,000 and Public Liability for a limit of indemnity of £5,000,000.
The insurance policy for Netball Coach UK does not provide insurance cover in the event of cancellation or personal accident for any participant.
Netball Coach UK advises all participants, parents and guardians to ensure they have adequate insurance in case they or their child cannot attend our camp or event, either due to injury or illness, or if they are injured in an accident whilst on camp or during the event.
Netball Coach UK ltd cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by Netball Coach UK’s negligence. Netball Coach UK Ltd does not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control.

Personal Property

Unfortunately, our staff do-not have the facilities to store valuable items securely at any of our sites and therefore it is important that you ensure you do not bring valuable toys and belongings to any of our programmes. Netball Coach UK Ltd will accept no liability for loss, damage, vandalism or theft of personal property owned by you or your child during NCUK event.
We will operate a lost property system but we cannot guarantee the return of lost items. To allow us to return your lost property, please ensure that all personal items, including all clothing, are clearly labelled.

Event Drop Off / Collection for children under 16

Parents/Guardians must let the camp leader know who is collecting their child at the end of the day. If this is someone different to the person who dropped them off, identification must be provided upon collecting the child. If a child is authorised to walk home alone after an event, this must be sent either in writing or text message to the event leader.

Netball Coach UK is firmly committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment for all young people to play netball. Netball Coach UK accepts its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all young people and protect them from poor practice, abuse and bullying.

Ratios

Our staff to child ratios are far above the standards of many other netball providers. We maintain a 1:10 staff to child ratio at our events.

Code of Conduct

All staff, children and adults are expected to follow our company code of conduct and we reserve the right to remove any players, coaches or parents from our programmes if they do not adhere to it.

Anti-Bullying

Netball Coach UK operates a zero-tolerance policy to discrimination or bullying of any kind. We hold the right to remove any players from our programmes if they are found to be in breach of our Anti-bullying policy.

Netball Coach UK have a monthly newsletter and so if you have agreed to be contacted by us, we will use your details to inform you of some of our upcoming events. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
